Terms of use

Nature of the website

This website is an editorial lookbook and brand presence for Stanciu Sebastian Ștefan. It is not an online store checkout. Information is provided for presentation and inquiry purposes.

Shop / marketplace links

“Shop” pages may link to third-party marketplaces (e.g. Etsy) where products may be offered. Availability, pricing, shipping, returns, payment, and consumer contracts for those purchases are concluded solely with the marketplace / seller under their terms and EU consumer rules applicable to that platform. We are not the contractual seller for those checkouts unless expressly stated otherwise.

Atelier and bespoke inquiries

Submitting a contact form does not create a binding commission or sale. Any bespoke / atelier engagement is confirmed separately in writing (including price, timeline, and materials). Until then, communications are informative only.

Intellectual property

Texts, imagery, lookbooks, and brand elements on this site are protected. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially reuse content without prior written permission, except for brief quotation with attribution for editorial commentary under applicable exceptions.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site (e.g. spam the form, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt services). We may refuse or delete abusive inquiries.

Liability

We aim for accurate presentation but do not warrant uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by mandatory EU / Romanian consumer and tort law, we are not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on lookbook content or from third-party marketplace transactions. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your habitual residence in the EU/EEA. Consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their residence or other venues available under EU law. Online dispute information: the European Commission ODR platform may be available for eligible disputes.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this site applies from publication. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
